The laboratory workshops are intended to provide training in state-of-the-art virological and serological methods of diagnosis and other suitable techniques so that participants are in a position to fully apply the techniques in their home countries.

Six 3-day laboratory workshops to be conducted in Europe for third country officials, including:

1. 3-day Rabies training for participants from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt;
2. 3-day CSF/ASF training for participants from Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova;
3. 3-day Rabies training for participants from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Mauritania;
4. 3-day HPAI training for participants from Mongolia, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar;
5. 3-day PPR training for participants from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Mauritania;
6. 3-day PPR training for participants from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt.
