Introduction
The training mission to Ukraine took place on 21-25 November 2011 in the city of Poltava. The 5-day training session mainly covered topics, such as epidemiological principles, role of the EU reference lab, role of molecular epidemiology in ASF control, Biosecurity measures in the event of suspected and confirmed ASF, ASF laboratory diagnosis and field investigation.
